✨ How It All Started

The Lewis family first lit up 12 Shenandoah Road in Warwick, RI back in 1996 with a modest Christmas display. What started as a neighborhood tradition quickly drew crowds from across Rhode Island and beyond — and this year marks our 30th year of spreading holiday cheer.
In 2010, we took the show to the next level with a fully synchronized light display set to Christmas music broadcast on 106.9 FM via a low-powered FM transmitter. Visitors can tune in from the comfort of their own car.
As the crowds grew, so did the vision. We turned the display into a charity fundraiser, and together with thousands of generous visitors, we've raised over $30,000 for local charities over 16 years. Today the show benefits The Autism Project in Rhode Island.
